VedaFlow Systems is an AI product studio, founded in 2026 in India. We build focused, affordable SaaS for verticals where global AI is too expensive, too English, and too generic — starting with healthcare, education and coaching, and the 20M+ Indians running a one-person business.
Global vertical AI is priced for Fortune 500. English-only. Enterprise-only. That leaves an entire tier of Indian clinics, coaching centers, and solo builders on the wrong side of the productivity gap. We're building for them.

We say no to every horizontal chat wrapper. Every product lives inside one workflow, in one vertical.
Vernacular over English-only
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi — treated as first-class, not translated at the edges.
Small and shipped
Small models, small teams, short cycles. A three-person team ships what took thirty in 2020.
Built with partners, not for them
Every product has 2–3 design partners guiding it before public launch.
